We help prepare purchase agreements, promissory notes, construction/home modification contracts and other documents as needed.

Besides helping draft and review contracts, we assist people with contract disputes whether in mediation, litigation or arbitration. Often these disputes center around work done around the home, and even cases where the seller of real estate does not disclose known defects to a buyer. We also become involved in contractual disputes involving the sale/purchase of a car or farm equipment.
